  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove all wheels. Remove caliper mounting brackets and rotors. Cleaned rotors and hub surfaces. Machine brake rotors on brake lathe. Test drive to verify proper brake operation.
  • Remove cables and hold down(s). Replace battery. Clean cables and install with terminal pads. Re-install hold down(s).
  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and tire condition. Check ride height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed. Road test when complete. Includes 1 re-check with toe adjust if needed within 12 months +++ NOTE !!!! – Vehicle still pull to the right after the alignment. Vehicle was in a accident and the right front camber is out of spec.
  • Test drove and verified the rotors are warped and pads are still in ok shape.

  • During the test drive we noticed your vehcile has a driveabilty concern. Can feel surging and hear hiss/air rush noise. Check engine light on and vehicle under power. Scanned vehicle and pulled code p0299 turbocharger a underboost condition. Check for vacuum leaks and none found. Fuel pressure correct and within spec of 65 PSI. During inspection found driver side Turbo leaking coolant between housing and 5 PSI under spec at highway speeds. Passenger side turbo wastegate actuator was seized holding the wastegate slightly open. Recommend replace both turbo assembly's.
  • Payable Ammount: $2143.53
  • removed valve cover , serpentine belts , tensioner, alternator , water pump to gain access to timing cover . removed timing cover and installed timing chain holding tools . removed all 3 tensioner and replaced with new . removed tools and re installed timing cover , torqued all bolts to spec . re installed all parts that were removed . sucked down cooling system and filled with new coolant . started vehicle and double checked all work.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Unbolted both turbos and removed turbo pipes. Replaced and reassembled.
  • Was able to verify customer concern, engine noise after long soak. rec pull timing cover and inspect guides.

  • Add cleaner to transmission. Test drive to verify operation and circulate cleaner. Use fluid exhange machine to remove old fluid and add new. Add fluid conditioner and verify proper level. Test drive to verify proper operation.
  • Gain access to cabin filter housing. Remove cover and filter. Clean out debris. Apply BG frigi-fresh to new filter and install new filter back in housing.
  • Inspect all hydraulic lines and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders if applicable. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean. Test drove to verify proper brake operation.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove rear wheels. Disassemble rear brakes. Resurface rotors. Add brake material conditioner. Lube rear brake hardware and brake pad backing plates. Installed new brake pads and brake pad hardware. Compressed caliper piston and installed caliper. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.
  • Removed air intake boot to access throttle body. Attached BG intake cleaning tool to clean throttle body and decarbon intake system. Perform throttle relearn as needed. Disconnected fuel lines and installed BG injector cleaning tool. Started vehicle and ran off BG injector cleaner. Removed tool and reconnected fuel lines. Added BG 44k to fuel tank. Cleared engine codes set during service. Test drove to verify proper operation.
  • Removed old burnt out bulbs and replaced with new.
  • Removed old front struts and replaced with new, Torqued all bolts to spec and double checked all work.
  • Removed old rear shocks and replaced with new. Torqued all bolts tp spec and double checked all work.
  • Removed old rear wiper blade and replaced with new.
  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and tire condition. Check ride height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed. Road test when complete. Includes 1 re-check with toe adjust if needed within 12 months
