  • Reflash PCM with software update
  • Removed and replaced the coolant bypass solenoid and topped off the coolant level. Using the scan tool, checked the coolant level and engine temperature is normal. Cleared fault codes and test drove. Rechecked normal.
  • Removed and replaced the engine coolant temperature sensor.
  • Test drove and verified the concern. Connected the scan tool and fund fault code P1299 and P2560. Performed pinpoint test diagnosis. Coolant level full, fan operation is normal and no leaks found. Found a TSB related to the fault code and the concern. Need to replaced the coolant temperature sensor and the coolant bypass solenoid.

  • Removed the aftermarket large center console and dog house. Removed all 8 ignition coils. Removed and replaced all 8 spark plugs, torqued to spec, installed all the ignition coils and 1 new ignition coil. Assembled in reverse order and test drove normal.
  • Test drove and verified the concern. Performed diagnosis and found that one of the spark plug fell out and broke the ignition coil. Removed the coil and plug for inspection. Using the bore scope, found that the spark plug threads in the cylinder head are not damaged. Installed the spark plug and coil. Test drove normal.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Install oil system cleaner. Road test vehicle. Change oil, install oil protection additive and install new oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Removed and replaced the high mount brake light bulb.
  • Removed the left front inner fender liner and exhaust. Removed and replaced the turbo assembly all related gaskets, the charged air tube front turbo to inter-cooler, boost pressure sensor, throttle body and gasket. Added new coolant. Test drove normal.
  • Test drove and verified the concern. Wrench light came on and vehicle went into limp mode. Performed diagnosis and found no codes stored in the PCM. No misfires stored in the history. Found that the drivers side turbo leaked oil internally into the intake manifold, oil soaking the boost pressure sensor, throttle body and oil soaked the charged air tube fromt the turbo to the inter-cooler.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Test drove and verified the concern. Connected the scan tool. Performed EEC self test. Retrieved fault code P0506. Performed pinpoint test diagnosis and found the throttle body is coked up and not allowing the throttle plate to fully close. Need to perform a fuel induction service, clean the throttle body and reset the KAM.
  • Diagnosed and found the multi-function switch has an internal open circuit failure.
  • Hot glued the trim panel mounting clips back on and installed in the vehicle.
  • Perform inspection and note results on tablet.
  • Removed air intake boot to access throttle body. Attached BG intake cleaning tool to clean throttle body and decarbon intake system. Perform throttle relearn as needed. Disconnected fuel lines and installed BG injector cleaning tool. Started vehicle and ran off BG injector cleaner. Removed tool and reconnected fuel lines. Added BG 44k to fuel tank. Cleared engine codes set during service. Test drove to verify proper operation.

  • Recovered freon and found the system was full. Monitored pressure low side 40psi high side 200psi. Vent temperature is 60F, fan and compressor operate but compressor is weak.
  • Verified the concern. Removed the glass for inspection and found the plastic track is broken on both sides and not connected to the trolley. Will need to replaced the entire sun roof track assembly.
  • Removed the headliner. Removed and replaced the sun roof track assembly. Transfered the motor, shade and glass. Assembled in reverse order and rechecked operation is normal.
  • Removed and replaced the ac compressor assembly.
  • Recharged AC – no charge customer sat.

  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • removed front tires , calipers, rotors, backing plate and removed spindles from vehicle. removed all4 old ball joints with ball joint tooland replaced with new using ball joint press. re installed all parts that were removed and torqued all bots to spec.
  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and tire condition. Check ride height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed. Road test when complete. Includes 1 reset within 12 months
  • removed drive shaft . removed old seal and replaced with new . cleaned off area and re installed drive shaft .
  • Removed differential fluid using BG differential service tool. Filled rear differential with BG synthetic fluid. Verified fluid at proper level. Road tested vehicle for proper operation.
  • Install oil system cleaner. Road test vehicle. Change oil, install oil protection additive and install new oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • Add cleaner to transmission. Test drive to verify operation and circulate cleaner. Use fluid exhange machine to remove old fluid and add new. Add fluid conditioner and verify proper level. Test drive to verify proper operation.
  • Remove and replace fuel filter

  • BG Synthetic Transmission Fluid was offered and declined by the customer. The customer was informed that by not using BG fluid the coverage is 50% of the Plan 1 or Plan 2 programs.
