  • Removed old drive belts and replaced with new. Started vehicle and double checked all work.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove front tires from vehicle. Disassemble necessary front brake components. Cleaned rotor surface and machine brake disc rotors and replace brake pads. Add brake pad conditioner. Assemble in reverse order. Torque lug nuts to manufacturers specifications. Road test vehicle.

  • Test drove and verified no power like the cat conv. melted. Removed all the exhaust and cats for inspection. No exhaust damage found. Removed 2 spark plugs and inspected the valves for carbon deposits, no carbon found. Engine appears to be burning clean. Disconnected the battery and test drove normal.

  • -Confirmed vehicle concern check engine light is on codes P0171 and P0174 are stored in pcm these codes deal with a lean condition. Monitored fuel trims at iddle and under load. Short fuel trim in the -16-23% when at iddle and not any better under load. Monitored mass air flow sensor and found under reporting removed sensor and found sensor very dirty on both sensing bulb and temperature sensor. Cleaned sensor and fuel trims back to normal. Performed volumetric effeciency test and sensor is about 72% will recommend replacement.
  • -All brakes are okay have noted specs on DI.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • -Removed and replaced MAF sensor.
  • Removed air intake boot to access throttle body. Attached BG intake cleaning tool to clean throttle body and decarbon intake system. Perform throttle relearn as needed. Disconnected fuel lines and installed BG injector cleaning tool. Started vehicle and ran off BG injector cleaner. Removed tool and reconnected fuel lines. Added BG 44k to fuel tank. Cleared engine codes set during service. Test drove to verify proper operation.
  • -Removed Right Front cv axle to access transaxle seal. Removed and replaced seal and cleaned up area. Checked trans level fluid.
  • -Removed and replaced both drive belts.
  • Inspect all hydraulic lines and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders if applicable. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean. Test drove to verify proper brake operation.
  • -Removed and replaced upper intake to access spark plugs. Replaced all spark plugs and seals for upper intake.

  • No work performed. Did not look into this issue.
  • During road test noticed brake pedal very soft, almost going to floor, noted brakes squealing when applied, noted on inspection report front brake job is recommended (pads @ 2mm) and also found brake master cylinder leaking into brake booster (about 1/4 full with brake fluid), recommend replacing master / booster assembly, flushing brake fluid and performing front brake job. Declined at this time.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Customer declined additional maintenance / repair recommendations this visit.

  • Removed air intake boot to access throttle body. Attached intake cleaning tool to clean throttle body and decarbon intake system. Perform throttle relearn as needed. Disconnected fuel lines and installed injector cleaning tool. Started vehicle and ran off injector cleaner. Removed tool and reconnected fuel lines. Added treatment to fuel tank. Cleared engine codes set during service. Test drove to verify proper operation.
  • Removed valve covers from vehicle to gain access to gaskets. Removed old gaskets/ tube seals and replaced with new. Re installed valve covers and torqued all bolts to spec. Started vehicle and double checked all work.
  • Remove air filter housing cover. Remove old filter and clean debris from housing. Install new filter and re-install housing cover.
  • Clean off battery terminals – customer going to have AAA replace battery under warranty – leaking acid.
  • Brakes are at 5mm all around and are ok at this time.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
