  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove rear wheels. Disassemble rear brakes. Resurface rotors. Add brake material conditioner. Lube rear brake hardware and brake pad backing plates. Installed new brake pads and brake pad hardware. Compressed caliper piston and installed caliper. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.

Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed. Road test when complete. Includes 1 re-check with toe adjust if needed within 12 months

  • Add cleaner to power steering system. Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Perform fluid exchange in power steering lines, pump, steering rack / gear box. Install power steering additive to revitalize seals. Road test vehicle.

  • -P144c canister vapor solenoid issue, solenoid working okay at this time. Intermittent failure sticking open creating rich condition. -Recommend remove and replace solenoid and reset modules.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • -Removed and replaced purge solenoid reset modules and test drove. Monitored pids all okay at this time.
  • -Removed and replaced valve cover due to oil filled spark plug holes. Discovered while removal of spark plugs. Vehicle still has other oil leaks as per DI.
  • -Removed and replaced serp belt. Had to loosen tensioner assembly to removed and replace belt.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove front tires from vehicle. Disassemble necessary front brake components. Cleaned rotor surface and machine brake disc rotors and replace brake pads. Add brake pad conditioner. Assemble in reverse order. Torque lug nuts to manufacturers specifications. Road test vehicle.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove rear wheels. Disassemble rear brakes. Resurface rotors. Add brake material conditioner. Lube rear brake hardware and brake pad backing plates. Installed new brake pads and brake pad hardware. Compressed caliper piston and installed caliper. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.

  • Test drove and verified the concern. Found fault code P0171. Performed pinpoint test diagnosis and not able to verify the lean condition. Fuel trims are normal, no vacuum leaks found. Mode 6 data showed #1 cylinder had 300 misfires in the past 10 drive cycles. Ohmed the #1 fuel injector 17 ohms (spec 7-18) normal. Cleared the fault code, test drove and no misfires stored. Suggest a tune-up and fuel induction service. The vibration and noise is from broken engine mounts.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

Installed new brake pads and brake pad hardware. Compressed caliper piston and installed caliper. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.
  • Inspect all hydraulic lines and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders if applicable. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean. Test drove to verify proper brake operation.
  • Gain access to cabin filter housing. Remove cover and filter. Clean out debris. Apply BG frigi-fresh to new filter and install new filter back in housing.
  • Perform inspection and note results on tablet.
  • Replace right front marker light bulb
