  • Found 3 codes P1102 Mass air flow lower in range than expected, P2614 CMP signal output circuit/open and P2617 CKP signal output circuit/open, cleared code and reset FICM after running for a minute code P1102 returned checked MAF wiring and determined the mass air flow sensor was at fault, removed and replaced sensor.
  • Replace battery hold downs and install customer supplied batteries

  • Removed inner fender liner to gain access to turbo. Removed turbo and replaced all parts listed. Re installed turbo and torqued all bolts to spec. Re installed inner fender liner,Susked down cooling system and filled with new coolant. Started vehicle and double checked all work.
  • Was able to verify customer concern, vehicle overheated and message displayed. Pressure tested cooling system and found right side turbo feed lines leaking coolant. Rec replace quick connect fittings and coolant feed line.

  • During the test drive we noticed your vehcile has a driveabilty concern. Can feel surging and hear hiss/air rush noise. Check engine light on and vehicle under power. Scanned vehicle and pulled code p0299 turbocharger a underboost condition. Check for vacuum leaks and none found. Fuel pressure correct and within spec of 65 PSI. During inspection found driver side Turbo leaking coolant between housing and 5 PSI under spec at highway speeds. Passenger side turbo wastegate actuator was seized holding the wastegate slightly open. Recommend replace both turbo assembly's.
  • Payable Ammount: $2143.53
  • removed valve cover , serpentine belts , tensioner, alternator , water pump to gain access to timing cover . removed timing cover and installed timing chain holding tools . removed all 3 tensioner and replaced with new . removed tools and re installed timing cover , torqued all bolts to spec . re installed all parts that were removed . sucked down cooling system and filled with new coolant . started vehicle and double checked all work.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Unbolted both turbos and removed turbo pipes. Replaced and reassembled.
  • Was able to verify customer concern, engine noise after long soak. rec pull timing cover and inspect guides.

  • Inspect all hydraulic lines and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders if applicable. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean. Test drove to verify proper brake operation.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • Removed, replaced both upper & lower radiator hoses.
  • Replace serpentine belt – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]

  • Diagnosed and found coolant leaking onto the exhaust and making the burning smell. Performed coolant pressure test diagnosis and found the heater hose plastic connection is leaking.
  • Inspect Ac system for leaks. Check compressor pressures. Recover freon from system. Remove and replace schrader valves as needed. Vacuum test system. Charge freon to proper capacity. Inspect AC lines and condition of belt. Verify proper operation of AC system.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • Performed electrical diagnosis and found the door ajar switch inside the door latch is faulty.
  • Removed and replaced all heater hoses, connectors, upper and lower radiator hoses.
  • Removed the left front door panel and latch assembly. Removed and replaced the door ajar switch and the inside door handle. Assembled in reverse order an rechecked all operations are normal.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
