  • Removed glove box and air bag on passenger side to gain access to actuator. Removed old acuator and replaced with new, used scan tool to relearn new actuator. A/c working as it should at this time.
  • Was able to verify customer concern, found a/c blowing hot. Hooked up a/c machine and pressures are good. connected scanner and activated bled door actuator and have no movement/ change. checked power and ground all showing ok. At this time rec blend door actuator.

  • Cleaned up the fuel filter area. Test drove several times during a 3 day period and no able to verify and long crank, no start condition. No fuel leaks found.
  • Customer declined additional maintenance / repair recommendations this visit.
  • Removed the trim panels and cluster bezel. Removed all the aftermarket remote start/alarm system. Removed the instrument cluster and checked connections, normal. Disconnected the batteries and reset all modules. Test drove and verified all cluster operation is normal.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Perform inspection and note results on tablet.
  • Test drove and was able to duplicate the concern several times. Connected the scan tool and found several 10+ Uxxxx communication fault codes stored in several different modules. Removed the ECM, battery, battery ground connections, ABS module connections, all large main engine harness connections and checked for corrosion or damage. All connections are normal. Checked rear electrical body connections at the rear of the vehicle near the left rear tire area, normal. Removed and inspected the transmission control module connection on the transmission, normal. Relearned the yaw rate sensor, steering angle sensor and multi-axis sensor. Test drove for 2 days, 43 miles and no more warning indicators or fault codes stored. Suspect poor connection, fretting or module hard reset needed in one of the modules.

  • No air bag light in on and no air bag fault codes stored in the module.
  • Not able to duplicate the concern. Suspect faulty oil pressure sending unit.
  • Performed electrical diagnosis and found the blower motor and wiring harness are melted.
  • Removed and replaced the blower motor and wiring harness from blower motor to blower motor speed controller/resistor. Rechecked operation of the blower motor, normal.
  • Removed and replaced the oil pressure sending unit.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Add cleaner to transmission. Test drive to verify operation and circulate cleaner. Use fluid exhange machine to remove old fluid and add new. Add fluid conditioner and verify proper level. Test drive to verify proper operation.
  • BG On The Road Service Card
  • Inspect all hydraulic lines and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders if applicable. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean. Test drove to verify proper brake operation.
  • Perform inspection and note results on tablet.
  • Removed differential fluid using BG differential service tool. Filled rear differential with BG synthetic fluid. Verified fluid at proper level. Road tested vehicle for proper operation.
  • Removed the right front door panel. Removed and replaced the power mirror assembly. Transfered the painted mirror cover from the old mirror to the new mirror. Installed the door panel and rechecked operation is normal.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.

  • Test drove with the customer and verified the concern. Connected scan tool and found several codes related to low voltage. Performed diagnosis and found the alternator is not charging at stops, in gear with all loads on.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • No visual AC oil/dye leaks found.
  • Removed and replaced the alternator, cleared codes, test drove and rechecked charging system operates as designed.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove rear wheels. Disassemble rear brakes. Resurface rotors. Add brake material conditioner. Lube rear brake hardware and brake pad backing plates. Installed new brake pads and brake pad hardware. Compressed caliper piston and installed caliper. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.
  • Removed the front CV axles, drive shaft, differential assembly. Removed and replaced the left front engine mount. Assembled in reverse order, torqued all hardware to spec and degreased the area.
