  • Driver rear window stuck down
  • -Removed and replaced left rear window regulator. Operated component various times performing properly at this time.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Perform inspection and note results on tablet.
  • -Removed and replaced both accessory serpentine belts.
  • -Removed and replaced rear axle pinion seal, cleaned area and recheked fro leaks after test drive. Topped off as needed.

  • Installed new tonneau cover shocks and added rivets to back support. NOTE: Parts are discontinued from GM for tonneau cover – it is aged / weathered and there is not guarantee that new rivets are going to keep it from continuing to come apart.

  • Removed old cat and replaced with new, torqued all bolts to spec and double checked all work. Cleared check engine light and test drove.
  • Was able to verify customer concern, found center sold lid / hinge broken, parts from GM are obsolete, discussed options with customer, screwed in angle iron to re-support hinge on console lid.
  • Was able to verify customer concern, found P0430 code stored (same as last visits inspection prior to fixing exhaust leak), catalytic converter efficiency below threshold on bank 2. Recommend replacing catalytic converter assembly with gaskets.

  • Add cleaner to transmission. Test drive to verify operation and circulate cleaner. Use fluid exhange machine to remove old fluid and add new. Add fluid conditioner and verify proper level. Test drive to verify proper operation.
  • BG On The Road Service Card
  • Inspect all hydraulic lines and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders if applicable. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean. Test drove to verify proper brake operation.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • Remove drain plug and drain fluid. Clean threads, put thread sealant on drain plug and installed. Removed fill plug and cleaned threads. Filled with new fluid and verify correct level. Installed plug.
  • Remove fill plug and clean threads. Extract old fluid. Fill with fresh fluid and verify correct fluid level. Re-install plug.
  • Removed air intake boot to access throttle body. Attached BG intake cleaning tool to clean throttle body and decarbon intake system. Perform throttle relearn as needed. Disconnected fuel lines and installed BG injector cleaning tool. Started vehicle and ran off BG injector cleaner. Removed tool and reconnected fuel lines. Added BG 44k to fuel tank. Cleared engine codes set during service. Test drove to verify proper operation.
  • Removed axles from vehicle to gain access to seal. removed old axle seals and replaced with new. Replaced left side axle hub while it was out due to damage of spline and c clip found.
  • Removed differential fluid using BG differential service tool. Filled rear differential with BG synthetic fluid. Verified fluid at proper level. Road tested vehicle for proper operation.
  • Removed oil pan from vehicle and replaced gaskets. Re installed oil pan and torqued all bolts to spec.
  • Removed old exhaust manifold and replaced gasket. Re installed manifold and torqued all bolts to spec.
  • Removed old leaking steering gear and replaced with new. Transferred pitman arm while gear was out and torqued all bolts to spec.
  • Removed transmission from vehicle and flywheel to gain access to rear main seal. Removed rear main seal/plate and replaced with new. Re installed all parts that were removed and torqued all bolts to spec.
  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and tire condition. Check ride height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed. Road test when complete. Includes 1 re-check with toe adjust if needed within 12 months
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Test drove and verified the engine runs rough and the check engine light is on. Connected the scan tool and found fault code P0301. Removed the air intake housing from the throttle body. Inspected the #1 ignition coil and found the electrical connector was connected but one of the electrical pins inside the ignition coil, was bent over and not making contact with the pin in the harness connector. Bent the pin straight, connected the connector and installed to air box. Cleared the fault code, test drove and verified no codes or check engine light.
