  • Customer has death wobble 50-55 MPH and it will go away above that or below that. Been going on for 5-6 months
  • Replaced all tie rod, track bar bushings, steering damper and control arms.
  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and tire condition. Check ride height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed. Road test when complete. Includes 1 re-check with toe adjust if needed within 12 months
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Customer declined additional maintenance / repair recommendations this visit.
  • Removed old radiator and replaced with new. Sucked down cooling system and filled with new coolant.
  • Removed upper intake, coils, valve covers, battery and battery box, air cleaner assembly and cams to gain access to lifters and rockers. removed all rockers and lifters and replaced with new. Re installed all parts that were removed and torqued all bolts to spec. Started vehicle and double checked all work.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Was able to verify customer concern, found noise coming from liftersand rockers rec replace all lifters and rocker assemblies.

  • Found the radiator cap not hold pressure at all, coolant system low on coolant, refilled the system with coolant and replaced radiator cap.
  • Perform inspection and note results on tablet.
  • Test battery and charging system, found battery failed test, battery still had warranty at O'Reilly Auto Parts, swap battery with new battery and verify operation. NOTE: No parts / labor warranty on customer provided parts.

  • Diagnosed and found the left front TPMS sensor is faulty.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove all wheels. Remove caliper mounting brackets and rotors. Cleaned rotors and hub surfaces. Machine brake rotors on brake lathe. Test drive to verify proper brake operation.
  • Remove cables and hold down(s). Replace battery. Clean cables and install with terminal pads. Re-install hold down(s).
  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and tire condition. Check ride height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed. Road test when complete. Includes 1 re-check with toe adjust if needed within 12 months +++ NOTE !!!! – Vehicle still pull to the right after the alignment. Vehicle was in a accident and the right front camber is out of spec.
  • Test drove and verified the rotors are warped and pads are still in ok shape.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Removed old cooling fan motor and resistor and replaced with new. Had to use old fan shroud and transfer new motor, resistor and fan blade. NOTE: At this time all original equipment, local aftermarket, online aftermarket and used parts have zero availability or are obsolete.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Was able to verify customer concern, found cooling fan and resistor bad. Resistor getting really hot and fan motor smoking. Recommended to replace.

  • Diagnosis finds blower motor bearing failing. Remove & replace blower motor assembly & retest several dozen times with all settings. No further issues at this time.
  • Remove air filter housing cover. Remove old filter and clean debris from housing. Install new filter and re-install housing cover.
  • Removed and replaced the water pump.
  • Removed upper and lower intake to replace gaskets.
  • Replaced upper and lower radiator hoses.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Completed inspection on tablet.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove rear wheels. Disassemble rear brakes. Resurface rotors. Add brake material conditioner. Lube rear brake hardware and brake pad backing plates. Installed new brake pads and brake pad hardware. Compressed caliper piston and installed caliper. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.
  • Rebuilt the front differential with all new gears and bearings. Added new fluid.
  • Rebuilt the rear differential with all new gears and bearings. Added new fluid.
  • Removed the transmission and transfer case assembly. Removed and replaced the clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing, slave cylinder, rear main seal and flywheel with aftermarket performance parts. Installed the transmssion, torqued all hardware to spec, bled the slave cylinder and test drove normal.
  • Verified the concern. Performed driveline diagnosis and found the clutch has exploded into pieces and thus causing the vehicle to have no movement.

  • Removed intake boot and air box to gain access to the radiator hoses. Removed and replaced upper radiator hose, then raised vehicle with the lift to remove and replace the lower radiator hose.
  • Removed nuts holding down the heater hose/tube bracket, removed clamps at all ends of the hoses, then installed new hoses/tubes and clamps.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
