  • Getting a front end vibration at around 60 to 65 mph. If I tap the brakes or curve slightly (or slow down) it goes away. Tires were rotated and spin balanced about 3 weeks ago by Discount Tire.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • -Removed and replaced both lower control arms.
  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and tire condition. Check ride height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed. Road test when complete. Includes 1 re-check with toe adjust if needed within 12 months
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Remove rear wheels. Disassemble rear brakes. Resurface rotors. Add brake material conditioner. Lube rear brake hardware and brake pad backing plates. Installed new brake pads and brake pad hardware. Compressed caliper piston and installed caliper. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.
  • Remove air filter housing cover. Remove old filter and clean debris from housing. Install new filter and re-install housing cover.

  • Found fault code P2007, P2006, P2005. Performed pinpoint test diagnosis and found the drivers side intake manifold runner control actuator was loose missing a bolt and falling off. Installed a new bolt and tightened to spec. Cleared the fault codes and test drove 10 miles. No abnormal noise or fault codes returned.
  • Exhaust is normal but the left front inner fender shield is loose and making contact with the tire. Secured with a new push pin retainer.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Replace right side differential output seal
  • Remove fill plug and clean threads. Extract old fluid. Fill with fresh fluid and verify correct fluid level. Re-install plug.
  • Remove battery cables and clean terminal ends and posts. Install battery terminal pads. Install battery cables and tighten. Check battery fluid level and top off if needed.
  • Replace drive belt

  • Removed and replace radiator hoses
  • Replaced drive belt
  • Add BG CVT cleaner to transmission. Test drive vehicle. Pull vehicle in shop and raise on lift. Drain CVT fluid. Fill CVT and add BG CVT conditioner to transmission. Test drive and reinspect.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • Remove cables and hold down(s). Replace battery. Clean cables and install with terminal pads. Re-install hold down(s).
  • Perform inspection and note results on tablet.
