  • -Confirmed customer concern upon inspection for leaks, found leaks that can be confirmed as obvious leak timing cover/valve cover and mechanical vacuum pump, unplugged vacuum hose and can see oil inside pump. The other engine leak that has been noted is the area around bell housing area where engine and transmission meet, it is a possibility that it may be a rear main seal or upper oil pan gasket failure, cannot tell – will need to remove transmission to make sure leak is properly addressed.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Rear hatch will not open with transmitter, handle or from the interior release. Removed the trim paneling and chiseled out the fasteners for the latch. Rear latch and bolts required for repair. After replacement, reassembled and verified proper function.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Remove drain plug and completely drain fluid. Clean threads on plug and insert. Remove fill plug and clean threads. Fill with fresh fluid and verify proper level. Insert fill plug.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.

  • Accessed air box. Removed and replaced engine air filter. Cleaned excess debris form air box. Secured air box. Accessed cabin filter and removed. Sprayed BG Frigifresh on new filter and installed new cabin filter.
  • Add fuel cleaner to fuel tank to clean lines. Disconnect fuel source and run injector cleaner through fuel rail to clean injectors. Run de-carb cleaner through intake manifold to de-carbon, throttle body valves and pistons.
  • Inspect all hydraulic lines and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders if applicable. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean. Test drove to verify proper brake operation.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • Removed all 4 ignition coils and replaced all 4 spark plugs.
  • See brake inspection section in inspection. Front and rear brakes are at 8mm
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.

  • Supply power mirror knob – part only – customer to install himself
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Verified the concern with the customer. Diagnosed and found the passenger side condenser fan bearing is worn and causing the vibration noise.
